Hand Warmers for a Friend

I made a pair of hand-warmers (for lack of a better term. Fingerless gloves sounds a little too amputeeish to me) for a friend at church. Another friend said, "Oooo - those look cute and warm!"  So, I made her a pair too:

I like the white and red. They're a little festive :)

And a note to Karen -- thanks so much for the card, pics and letter! It was fun to get to know your family and read about your life in the frozen North :) Many thanks for your prayers.
