So many things must dry first.
A first layer of watercolor,
The glue binding the fabric together,
The fresh soap, the sheep's fleece.
Curing all things takes time,
Until the damp is gone.
So it is with us.
Weep all the tears you need.
Then you'll be ready to go on.
