Happiness from Down Under

I must give a very happy, thankful shout-out to my blogging friend Dasha from Australia. (Click over and see the lovely things she crafts with a needle.) What a sweetie she is! Look what arrived in the mail today for me ~~
A beautiful, sweet card, and this elegant hook/needle holder.
Dasha does truly gorgeous quilting, and now I have my own example of her handiwork. Thank you, dear friend! You made my day a very happy one. I love the flowers on this, the color. I will use it for many years to come. Bless you!
I am totally, horribly behind in reading all my favorite blogs -- it's the one thing that has thoroughly fallen through the cracks in the past month or so with Adam's accident. So I must apologize to everyone out there in blog land for my absence. Hoping to return to normal soon!

Pretty! Oh, don't you worry one bit. Blog reading does take time, and everyone will still be there when you aren't so busy. I'm so glad Adam is on the mend!

What a beautiful gift! No apologies necessary on the blog visiting. I think everyone agrees that loved ones are a priority. We'll still be here when you have more time. :)

That is a beautiful gift from your friend. - I know what you mean about being out of the loop in blogging. I've been so busy this week that I've barely had time to be on the computer. Thankfully today I'm taking much needed time to catch up on everyone's blogs.

A very beautiful gift indeed! Don't stress over not keeping up with blogging; it's not a requirement to be on-the-spot with everyone, you know! Rest. Take your time. Enjoy yourself! Sending a hug your way.

What a lovely gift and I love the colors too!

I agree with the others, don''t worry about getting to blogs until you can. A little here and there, or not, there is no pressure. We all have our lives to live and sometimes they have more living filling them than sitting at our computers. :-)

I used your blog headers for inspiration when choosing the fabric ;-) So glad you like it. xx db
