That's right - they're gone already. Headed off to West Virginia to visit more family. They'll be back on Wednesday night, though, and will stay longer then. Tom and Alynn brought 6 girls with them! The feminine vibes were strong in the house. Last night several of us females stood around the piano and sang the wonderful new RUF tunes.
The kids had fun playing games downstairs, talking and swimming in the pool. Tom and Adam talked theology. Alynn and I caught up on 2 years of general yapping about people we know. She's enjoying teaching at Faith Academy in Des Moines. She really loves it.
I'm done with my reading of novels, and am prepping the first items in each of the textbooks for this fall (World, American & British lit.). We start our teacher in-service next week. Yikes!
