A Hat For Anna

Anna requested that I crochet her a hat -- a cap that would hold all her hair, like a snood, and would be snug around her face and over her ears.  One might ask, with hair like this, why she would want to hide it at all!  But she's the one who has to live with it, and manage it, and believe-you-me, that's no small job.
Anna is ALL into comfort, and she wanted a serious hat that would keep her warm.  She picked out the colors (she LOVED the red), and this is how it came out:
It looks mighty big to me, but it's exactly what she wanted.  It looks like a good hat for a sleigh ride, or a snowball fight, but Anna is not into cold, outdoor sports.
Snug as a bug in a rug!
Next, I'm doing a knitting project, and I'm almost done with it! Pics soon!

Beautiful hair! Lovely hat! (I was in Columbia, SC the last 5 days visiting my sister. A couple chilly AM's there! I didn't need a hat like that but I had to buy a jacket. Didn't think I'd need one so didn't bring one.)
